Resurget Ex Cinis - Panshot Down

*EDIT* I extended the Pan so that it start out kindof in space, because you know me, andy chance to chuck space in my animations.
I'm just gay for space okay? Plus i thought it would look better/cooler, so there.

I only meant to do a lineart for this, but once i did the city (And BOY did that take forever) I thought 'oh i'll just add some colour to show where the water is', which then went 'oh i'll just do basic flat colour on the city then' which turned into 'oh i'll just ACCIDENTALLY THE WHOLE THING' So yea, I accidentally a proper background for a scene.

What happens is at the top, the frame is still while the Phoenix flies up over the cumulonimbus, then it eases into a quick pan down through the clouds, slowing as it gets to the skyline and down over the city.

It then cuts back to the bird but that's the next scene.

Anyway, reference image used, OF COURSE i mean SHIT SON look at that mo'fo' of a goddamn city. I hate drawing this shit. I cant do that crap that well on my own, you kidding me?
